Hi, I'm a master's student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the New York Institute of Technology, where I also earned my bachelor's degree with minors in Mathematics and Physics. My research focuses on the use of multispectral and near-infrared imaging to detect plant stress and improve sustainability in urban agriculture. I've led projects designing low cost imaging systems that automate irrigation, and I've explored how engineering can support sustainability by investigating issues faced in NYC community gardens, gathering firsthand insights into water access, soil health, and plant issues. I'm passionate about applying engineering solutions to environmental and public health issues.
